Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed more than 15,000 transactions, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant closings for clients across a wide range of property types. Known for his attention to detail and client-focused approach, Paul has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in the real estate industry.
In addition, Paul has accrued over three years of experience representing landlords, in particular, conventional banks and mortgage lenders in post-foreclosure dispossessory hearings.
Outside of his professional career, Paul is devoted to his family, enjoying life with his wife, Sandra, his son, Oliver and their four-legged son, Charlie, in Alpharetta.

Emanuele brings 8 years of marketing experience and has built brands both small and large, currently leading the growth of the Heritage brand. Known for delivering cutting-edge marketing strategies not just for Heritage, but also for the Realtors we partner with. He prides himself on finding creative solutions to complex problems and has a harmonious balance building out of the box marketing strategies measured by analytical aptitude to pivot effectively to bring proven results.
In his spare time Emanuele lives an active lifestyle with his Dutch Shepherd. Whether at the gym working as a personal trainer, hiking the beautiful landscapes of Georgia, or exploring all the Atlanta metro has to offer.
